As you know, the controlling interest in St Mirren Football Club is currently up for sale.
The club is currently in great shape thanks to the tremendous hard work of the current board, and all St Mirren supporters want to ensure that this continues to be the case for generations to come.
The 10000hours group are putting together a bid for the majority shareholding of St Mirren that will see supporters take full control of the club.
The fans are the people with the clubs’ best interests at heart and using a combination of funding and contributions from supporters, local community organisations and local businesses we can make that a reality.

We are convinced that this is the best ownership model for St Mirren Football Club both now and for generations to come, ensuring that the supporters are at the very heart of the club at all levels right into the boardroom, and will ensure that we build on the terri fic legacy that the club stands on today.
The co-operative ownership model protects the clubs‘ main assets and ensures these can never be secured against the sort of debts that crippled the club in the not too distant past.
These are di fficult economic times for everyone but we are asking you as a St Mirren supporter to consider pledging your support to join this exciting bid. Monthly commitments to join the fans’ co-operative start at £10 per month. If we are successful in our bid then in return for this commitment you will receive membership of the 10000hours organisation and a voting right which allows YOU to have a direct in uence on how the club is run. It is a 1 member, 1 vote organisation so every member has an equal voice and every member is eligible to stand for election.
We think this is a once in a lifetime opportunity. Fans seldom get the chance to run their own club unless approached as a last resort to try and save an ailing club. St Mirren is NOT an ailing club.
